Description
A bit late to the party, but here's hype for Metroid Prime 4 through a fractal rendition of Prime 1's orange glowy objects in the title screenApo + Chaotica

It caught my eye with the vivid reds. It's like a spirit of fire dancing in dark night.

Is that a dragon I notice in the distance? Oh, that was just my fantasy.

This is amazing! Could I feature it on my fantasy art page on Instagram? I would give you full credit and to come check you out on Deviant art. I just wanna share your talent with people I know will appreciate what you do. Let me know if I can! 🙂

If you can restrict it to a half-resolution version (that keeps the watermark intact), I don't mind. I don't want full-sized versions of my artwork floating around social media sites I'm not active on.

I recall answering your first question in my previous comment: "I don't want full-sized versions of my artwork floating around social media sites I'm not active on."
If people want to see my artwork in its entirety, and you linked back to my page, then it shouldn't be an issue for them to go to my page and see the rest of my work

Quick question: How long does it take for images like this one to render?
Love the fire colours by the way

Honestly, the time can vary greatly from fractal to fractal. I'd say that I generally render these smaller images for 30-45 minutes, though some have taken well upward of ten hours to smooth out. Prints take longer to render, but I don't think I've spent more than 24 hours rendering a large print yet.
As soon as Chaotica 2 comes out, I expect these times to drastically decrease. The old beta I have placed my 970 at 3x better than a 4.5ghz 2600k, and I have a 1080ti now. When it gets released, however, is the pressing question

Hah, I feel the same way. I love magical blue/purple glowy colors, but fire/embers/that gradient of darkness to intensity of fire is right behind it
