Description
I know, I should just get Clip Studio or something else that can handle symmetry in real time, BUT I'm cheap and I like PS so... xDHere's a tutorial on how to fake symmetry/mirroring in PS using smart objects! It's really nifty. A guy at my previous job worked a lot with smart objects and I'm glad he got me into them.
This is great for concepting man made objects~

Is a nice trick to work faster but I like to practice symmetry by hand as sometimes this trick wont work always, maybe just small objects and from certain perspectives.

Oh of course, if you're gonna use it in an illustration, this comes out way too stiff! This is just for concept/behind the scenes work, in preparation for the real thing ^_^
