HERE IT IS EVERYOOOONE~!!
Sorry it's so long and there's so much writing or if it's a little confusing XD I pretty much put everything I can think of on here~
I thought it'd be better than submitting a dozen of seperate ones >33<
If you have any questions I'll try my best to answer them~
And please, no comments on how I'm doing something "wrong" or something I said is "not the right way"
I'm not professional in any way, and just thought this might help out fellow cosplayers or anyone who find this interesting enough to check out ^^Everything's from personal experience

Yep~ for Egypt, maybe for the highlighting shimmer you can try gold instead of silver, but the overall principles should be the same ^^

uh...hope I'm not asking too much, but do you know how to do make up for monolid? I got the weirdest eye ever, so many make up technichs doesn't apply for me. >.< a little advise?

well, since my eye lids rolls in when I open my eyes, you can't really see the eyeliners or the eyeshadows I did. so basicly anything near the lashline dissapears. >.< uh..do you know what i'm talking about? 
There is not really a particular look I want, anything goes. I'm cosplaying two characters for next local con. One is Hanyuu, (the moe, cute, pure kind) the other is Meilin (the sharp, outgoing, strong willed kind)
those are pretty different characters, so i don't really have a preference. My eyes lifts up on the corner naturally, so I guess meilin would match me more, but I'm doing both either way. wait, sorry, i'm off topic.

Oooo~ ya I think I know what you mean ^^ Hmmmm, for photoshoots, you're gonna want to put a lot more eyeshadow/eyeliner on than normal anyways, so go crazy! ;D Work in layers and always fully open your eyes during the process of putting it on to check if it shows (check a lot to see how it looks~). Don't worry about it being too "dark" or whatever when you close your eyes; some girls worry that it's too much cuz it feels like they're putting on a lot of shadow on their lids, but as long as you work with layering it shouldn't look like it's being caked on ^^
As for eyeliner, I personally think it looks better anyways if it's not too obvious~ it's mainly just to emphasize the shape of the eyes by making its "outer edge" darker~ Unless it's required for the character to have super dark and obvious eyeliner, I'd say as long as it creates the effect of shaping the eyes it's good enough ^^ More eyeliner doesn't neccessarily mean making the eyes appear bigger - a lot of girls have that misconception (that's what I thought at first too LOL) It doesn't really make the eye "bigger", just makes them appear "deeper" and actually narrower cuz if you think about it, darker colours make things "smaller", you know~ Like black makes ppl look slimmer and stuff like that~ That's all generally speaking of course; there are cases where things are different but overall it's something to think about ;D

I've been so lost with my cosplay makeups, cuz I am used to really dark makeup on my freetime, so I kinda can't see my self withouth...
One thing what could make this tutorial pervect, is a picture of you withouth makeup, that would mayby help like "what is the change in here" -thing....
