Seriously.
Yeah, so what if they enjoy drawing multiple pictures of one of their characters?
So what if they happen to have an art style that you feel is better than yours?
How does that justify you making a public announcement about how much you're envious of this deviant and bashing the kind of art they do? And rallying up hatred against them?
And how can you possibly be proud of calling yourself "a hater of [insert name]"?
I just don't get it.
We all have envy in our hearts. It's how we handle it that's important. Something I've been saying more and more often as of late.
Oh, yeah. And being at each other's throats for a fictional character of all things. Lordy, people. If you're that envious of someone drawing their OC with a character you happen to love, you should just stay away from their artwork. Or do what I do: admire them and continue working in developing your OC.

Thats so true! I agree with you! I look at other ppls art and I somewhat get envious but that only last for a minute, then I just look at their art and say how much I like it. It's stupid to troll on someonelses art just because u envy them. Envy is ugly....I learned that from watching FMA: Brotherhood

why do I feel like this is what happened to the guy who created Scott Pilgrim? he used to have an account here, but deactivated it because people kept saying his art style sucked. which is only proof of how immature, jealous, insecure, and snobby they are.

....wait, what do you mean you don't know "about" it? certainly you've heard of the movie? it was a comic originally, or rather a graphic novel. the art style was kinda kiddie, but in an awesome way! I love it, and the fact that he was driven from DA by internet-turds with no real imagination is really disappointing.

more like my whole step dads family i ranted on them today in my latest journal (no this is not an add) sorry i said something about a journal or deviation back a while and some one not the person i was talking too accused me of making an add because it was one of the first comments but i just wanted to show the artist my take kind of thing

well because it was a conversation i had with a person who commented first and agreeing with her thoughts and well she asked if i colored the line because she knew i was a colorist and i told her no then a few days later i go hey i colored it link
and then the journal one was because i mentioned saying i gave my opinion it was on the whole whinehouse death thing and i didnt wanna repeat so i linked my journal

... You know what's an epic fail? I was drawing Lavi and I thought something looked a bit off about him. When I finished the sketch, I realized I drew him with two eyes, not one eye and an eyepatch. |D

theres no way to disagree with this xD honestly yeah, im also envy of alot of things.. but right that makes me to work more, to get more of practice and trying to be better.. but not to brag about that im better later.. but to show to myself that i can be better then im now xD Or also i hate alot of things... and very much... but i never attack other DA guys because of that they like what i dont xD maximally i'll write just my opinion in peaceful way and then i'll just leave it in calmed way xD but i never attack others or they fav things jsut because im envy or hater :/ there is this one guy TheAccountuser98 that trolls me and attacks me with his "band" jsut because i draw what i like xD and im just shaking head at how immature they are if they MUST to attack me, or others just because they hate what we do
