Stamp by ~ChikitaWolfRallying up hatred against a deviant just because you're envious of their art is just plain immature
Seriously.
Yeah, so what if they enjoy drawing multiple pictures of one of their characters?
So what if they happen to have an art style that you feel is better than yours?
How does that justify you making a public announcement about how much you're envious of this deviant and bashing the kind of art they do? And rallying up hatred against them?
And how can you possibly be proud of calling yourself "a hater of [insert name]"?
I just don't get it.
We all have envy in our hearts. It's how we handle it that's important. Something I've been saying more and more often as of late.
Oh, yeah. And being at each other's throats for a fictional character of all things. Lordy, people. If you're that envious of someone drawing their OC with a character you happen to love, you should just stay away from their artwork. Or do what I do: admire them and continue working in developing your OC.

I agree/disagree somewhat. Most of the times the
you hate them cause your jealous of them!!11 90 out of 100 isn't true. Its more quite the opposite of someone for example having a marry sue that is riped of from someone while being paired up with a character that would never love a character like her in cannon getting populair is anoyying because it mostly seems like the artist is trying to get herself into her sexual dream come to life then really caring about the story. Hope that makes sense.

Thats true but I don't think its always jealousy most of the times hated fanfic/artist are hated mostly thanks to their personality and behavoir + their creative writing or art. And most of the times people mistake critic=with hate comments.
