When someone tells you "no" to a request, an art trade, a commission, or whatever, it means no.
One of the most aggrivating things in being an artist, or really anyone, is running across someone who just can't accept "no" as an answer.
People don't like being constantly asked things they've already said no to. It's obnoxious to pester someone like that who's given you a clear answer.
And it's even more obnoxious to tell others that a person said "yes" to you when they really said "no". That's a guilt-trip, lying move and causes more problems than it's worth.
So next time someone tells you "no", just move on. Because when you continuously ask or pester them about things, you're not getting any farther in convincing them. You're just pissing them off c:

What grinds my gears is when it's on a graded assignment. :I
I can understand perhaps a lapse in attention or something, but when they're just too lazy to work and think they can take advantage of /you/ doing your work, well, that ticks me off :'D
I've literally witten down the wrong answers on a test, acted as if I didn't know the person was copying off of me, and then when they got up to turn in their paper, I fixed all my answers to the correct ones. Now /that/ is a way to piss them off, LOL

Allen and Neah, that's one of the weirdest ships I've ever seen....(it's in a tie with Oz and Jack from Pandora Hearts which I just finished watching and plan on reading)

I haven't read the manga yet, but, somebody already spoiled it for me..... If you haven't read the manga don't read this part, it is totally anti-Jack/Oz though.

It took since last September but, they finally got banned. Not just for their multiple counts of theft but, also for their harassment, death threats and spamming. She stole from at least 18 Deviant members.

You have a great point. No means no. but I guess in some "dumb" language it means "come back and ask me later" But still. It does get incredibly annoying when people continue to pester one another for something. There's no point in. It's like "I said no ten seconds ago, i'm not gonna say yes now."
