Hello:These are renders of the alternate colour scheme of the Tristar class command cruiser. These colours were seen in the Tokugawa starship during an episode of the series.
In the original series, these colours represent the fleet of the Glorie's sister colony Liberté.
In Robotech, these colours should represent the ships for the very early Robotech Expeditionary Force (REF) as they first departed from Earth for their mission.
Speaking of the Tokugawa, only that class of ship is now pending

Estos son renderizados del crucero de comando clase Tristar con colores alternativos. Estos colores se vieron en la nave Tokugawa en un capítulo de la serie.
En la serie original, estos colores representan la flota de la colonia Liberté, la colonia hermana de Glorie.
En Robotech, estos colores debieran representar a las primeras naves de la Fuerza Expedicionaria Robotech (REF en inglés) cuando recién abandonaron la Tierra en su misión.
Hablando de la Tokugawa, sólo esa clase de nave está pendiente

The Tokugawa will be a strange case, because I don't think we ever saw that design in Glorie's color scheme... but I think we will very soon
