Description Dinobatfan asked if I could do an ortho of my McQuarrie Viper model, so here it is.
It would predate the MkI's so I'm not sure what to call it other than the RMQ Viper or Starhound (from the early drafts for BSG).

This ones for you David.
Model by myself from a Ralph McQuarrie Design.
Thanks for looking

Ok, call me way more than pleased, honored, and surprised!! Thank you very much! This looks sooo great! Actually, as I suspected it looks much aerodynamically cleaner than any other vipers we've seen, I think. I like it!! It seems to me, that if the Viper crafts could or would actually be built, they would look pretty similar to this one. I do gotta say though, that I do really love the classic 1978 Vipers as seen on TV as well as the MKII and MKVIIs as seen in the reimagined BSG on SyFy, But this one actually looks the most believable as a real craft. What do you think?   I know I probably shouldn't say this but I just have to, to what do I owe this great honor? I don't recall doing or being anything special.

In the end, I really appreciate, and have no idea what I could do to repay you here. This is cool beyond words!! Thank you very much!!!

As you may suspect, I do really appreciate this, and don't take it lightly, and certainly don't expect you to do this every time just because I or someone else asks.
