Brief background:
Laz was born to a wealthy family of doctors, and so were strictly training him to follow their lineage. Despite being talented in medical science, he had no interest in it mostly because he lost his passion as his parents always nagged him about studying. By the age of 13, he discovered his weapon ability and thought the thug life chose him. By the time he was old enough to work and provide for himself, he went #yolo and broke off from his family to live alone in a small apartment while working in a local shop for a living.

Or just overall the chillest asshole ever. He's not entirely apathetic, he just shrugs off problems that won't cause his immediate death or something like that. And if there needs to be something done, he does it in his own shortcut way.
Stubborn
If he does get over his initial laidback mode, he won't ever stop until he gets what he wants or what needs to be done. His persistence is both something to be admired and annoyed about.
Loud
Loud is not even a personality trait but he manages to embody it. Whether it be his manner of speaking or just presence, he always manages to make his presence known to everyone in the room.

#YOLO is probably tattooed somewhere on his body. He's confident in his ways despite all the risks and other people's attempt to stop him. Also a pun because he usually strips
