Good chance I'll scrap these, none of them are 100% final and none are polished.This is Grand Inquisitor Mera, leader of the Imperial Secret Service. Yes, she is the same Mera as in the other pictures (for anyone who actually looks at them). Just like any part of irken society, height helps.
