Funny enough, I do truffles the exact same way. Though I only ever make rum truffles for Christmas I didn't think that this version could work with other truffles too, thank you!

oh yes it is a lovely versatile way to make them and the great thing is you already make them so adjusting to other types will be super easy for you i am now on the hunt around my kitchen to see what other things i can try to make truffles with

I shall definitely try some different versions, maybe I even find something super-awesome that makes my family and friends finally want something else than my rum truffles, haha!
