Description
hrm...well I've never made a tutorial before so best of luck following this ha! My style of shading and shape definition is very akin to Illustrator. I just prefer to have more control over my gradients than in Illustrator. Using masks retains crisp edges on all of your shapes, retaining their 'vector-like' quality at 100% zoom but no further. I told you guys this was rather boring xDIf you need help though, feel free to note me or post a comment here!

You make a very clear tutorial! I am trying to understand layers so I can start trying to do a drawing (or color one) in GIMP. This helps, a little, even if it isn't GIMP.

Kat made a tutorial?
Nah, kidding. I'm a gimp user, but hopefully I'll be able to somehow "translate" to use with gimp tools.
Thanks!

This tutorial looks great so far but maybe you should add the pictures and small infos on the selections of your artwork like selecting the shapes while using the brush and stuff like the bow for example or any parts of the body on how you work them very beautify, almost making your work nearly pop to life. That would be helpful. Thank you! ^^
