Question: Which would be the cheapest material you could use for a mecha cosplay?
I'm asking because I one day want to be able to do a cosplay ofย Dai Gunzan from Gurren Lagann , and sadly, I don't have that much money!

Will Corrugated Styrofoam also work, Mr. Lee? Also, would you suggest be the best sealant for bringing all the pieces together?

I know its a bit early to ask (since the priming part of the manual is yet to be written)... but may I ask what do you recommend to use as a sealant for rubber foam? I'm currently using epoxy primer and polyester body filling (aka. Bondo), but its very tedious to apply and sand. thanks in advance!

U can use white glue to as a sealant. The only problem is that u cant sand it after u have applied.
