I'm not entirely sure how I came up with this idea, but when you think about it, the Mario series sure does have a lot of plant-based powerups and enemies. So, I took it upon myself to try and draw some in the style of Plants vs. Zombies. And the amount of material I had to work with was staggering. I still have enough for at least 2 more, maybe 3, and the stuff just keeps coming. Some of these were a simple style-swap, while others I played around with a bit, like making the Bee Mushroom's cap into an actual beehive that shoots bees.Part 2: clockworkmelody.deviantart.com…
