Description Page one of a three page commission involving a polar bear and a hedgehog and their attempt at a much needed vacation.

Note that unlike "Opey the Warhead" and my other comic endeavors, this features my own hand drawn lettering and panels, mainly because the individual who commissioned this piece wanted the original as a gift for his wife.

These are the kind of commissions I love. Definitely allows me to use my cartooning skills.

You know, this style and way to use animals as characters remind me somewhat to a sweden comic I saw once. The designs were pretty similar to disney ones, but the story was totally for adults.
Very good, I liked this a lot.

Really? Thanks! The big influence for me here is none other than the Duck Master himself, Carl Barks. I love that cartoonist.
