Description
Here we go everyone the new and improved 1 million times better CubeIt Script. This script will work on any version of Apophysis that has the SQUARE variation. Now you can place a cube where you want it at whatever size you want like before but now you can also ERASE/DELETE the last cube placed and at the sametime put a new cube back into your picture to correct the mistake you just erased.
What this means to everyone is you can place a cube, decide it is not where you wanted it or at the size you need, DELETE/ERASE that cube and replace it with another with the correct settings this time. And, if the new settings turn out to be wrong just run the script again and erase the last cube and do it all over again until you get it where you want and at the size you want.
Again this script is an advanced script and requires planning and thought before you set out on your adventure but in the end you will be rewarded as you just saved your self a huge headache from trying to place all the transforms by hand to achieve what you want.

This is just what I'm looking for.
Been playing with visual illusions [link] & using the Tara Roy tutorial [link] but the accurate lining up coordinates was sending me blind. Smart guides for Apo please!
This looks like lots of fun, I'll post results eventually.

Looks good!! when I get 2.07 i will see if I can master it! my hard drive got fried and I don't want to risk downloading from anywhere that might be unsafe untill I get a decent virus scan on my replacement monstrosity of a computer (which is even older than the last one!!)

Tell me about it! I got a virus trojan thingy, that I thought I'd got rid of...(think I got it in the first place because my daughter clicked a dodgey link on some spam I got)...it has been misbehaving and rebooting especially when I try to download from the official Apo site (as you know). Then I got a blue screen saying preparing to dump hard drive...then poof! Bye bye computer!!

I just clicked on the download link and it worked for me so maybe it just hasn't mirrored over to the servers you are accessing and may take a little while for the update to go thru.

Ok, I managed to connect to the link by going to tinyURL.com then typing in the rest. Downloaded the plugins but I already had them. I don't see the square variation there though. I know I used to have it on one of the older apo's but it got deleted when I deleted all the old ones to make room for 207.

right here [link] You will need the newer version of apophysis, version 2.07 if you don't already have it. If you need help trying to figure out how to install the plugins I have wrote a users manual (link below) that contains the instructions on how to do it.

That link doesn't seem to work
Reading your manual on script writing - can you explain to me what the difference is between a script and parameters, technically. Not that I intend to even contemplate writing a script as that looks way beyond the limits of my feeble pea brain!

a script creates the parameters(flame file) you use to render the picture you have created. A script can offer variable differences in your ending results, and makes life easier when you want to produce the exact same results over and over without having to do it all by hand.
