First spitpaint run out using my new Cintiq, going into this I had a general idea of what I wanted to do so it was gonna be more of a case of seeing how I could execute it. In hindsight I think it would've been fun to have a few more eyeballs below, like the one up top is just a lure and the rest of the kraken-like beast is below, either in the water or clinging to the rocky cliff.

Being able to do simple repetitive brush strokes is worlds easier on this new set up but there's a lot I'm still getting used to. I have a screen recording of this one and there are several times where I'll just stop, that's generally when I was adjusting the positioning of the screen, my keyboard, and my sitting position; it's hard to undo 10+ years of a workflow.

One of my favorite parts is definitely the little specular highlights on the left tentacle, about 2/5's of the way up the monster. It feels good and again, is something that I know I could do with my old tablet but it would take 10x more effort and time to pull off.
