Tried tackling 3 out of the 4 daily themes today in one piece. Symmetrical brush painting was my main go to for building up a majority of this piece, occasionally I'd turn it off and then go in with the smudge tool to help keep the image from being completely symmetrical, that and the brushes I used were rougher so they'd naturally have imperfections when mirrored. Worked out okay I think, my inexperience with the setting made for some interesting happy accidents, but yeah it's really fun to play with.

The biggest issues I had actually were stemmed from figuring out how to render out the color on the light source. In hindsight I think I could've gone back with a symmetrical soft brush and painted in color over the highlighted areas and see how that'd work, as it were though it was a lot of messy guesswork and changing my mind many times throughout the piece. Still, had some fun trying to get these themes working together into one piece, just to see if I could.
