Like I said in my previous deviation , these icons have been stolen from me so many times over the years, I decided I might as well make a profit off 'em now that I'm not gonna be making too many more of these.Rules:
- Feel free to use these for commissions, as long as you don't sell the base itself. I also ask that every time you use the base, you credit me for it or link back to this deviation.
- Please don't redistribute the blank base.
- Once purchased, you can use it for commissions or personal use, it doesn't matter
- No refunds, if you don't have a program that can open .psds.
- You can upload your creations off-site, but I ask that you give me appropriate credit.

TIP: Look up how to make animated gifs in Photoshop on YouTube if you're confused how to use this base. For timing, use 10fps. The first frame can be either 2.5 or 2 seconds, depending on how long you want it to be.
