Hey guys, Cobalt here! Backed by popular demand, I thought I might make a base tutorial of my own, just to show y'all the trouble I go to to make quality bases for you to use. :3

The programs I use in this tutorial are Paint Tool SAI, Microsoft Paint, and GIMP 2.8.
Paint Tool SAI is not a free program, and according to the Wikipedia article, here's the official site: systemax.jp/en/sai/
GIMP 2.8 can be obtained from this website, and it is 100% free: www.gimp.org/
Microsoft Paint comes with every Windows computer.

Keep in mind you can do this with any variety of programs. These are just the ones I use. ^^

Here are the color palettes I use:

Font is "Happy Phantom" by Isfe
