Here's my super-punnily-named OC Wendy McCloud. She has power and control over clouds and weather. She can create clouds and move them at will. She can use to make lightening, rain, snow, hail, winds and even small tornadoes. She has a very up beat, excitable personality.

I haven't thought out if these powers are natural or acquired. I do know her powers are magical, either through her necklace or she was just born with/ learned the powers.
