The local mad scientist waited for someone else to take the job at the pet store and unknowingly become the subject of his latest experiments. After weeks of no replies, he wondered if anyone was still foolish enough or if he had already gotten them all. Then, Jiri applied for the job opening and quickly got the job.

The mad scientist made note of his features so he could detect even the smallest of changes. Jiri was 182 centimeters tall and weighed 85 kilograms. He had brown hair and no features that really stood out. Jiri was told to feed the animals without touching them. Nearby was a secret room filled with his more unusual creatures which he intentionally left unlocked.

Jiri found the room late on his first day. The creatures inside were neither human nor animal but a combination of both and something else entirely. A nearby tank contained numerous octopus-like creatures, a large cage contained what appeared to be vampire bats fluttering everywhere, and in another cage something resembling a human statue slowly turned its head. These were just some of the creatures he encountered.

After getting over the initial shock of seeing what was inside, he wondered if these creatures needed to be fed too. He thought it best to play it safe but he was not sure what they ate or even if they ate anything at all. In an attempt to find out, he took a closer look at them.

One of the octopus-like creatures wrapped a many sectioned tentacle around his arm. He was able to get away, but not before it left behind many circular marks. While Jiri examined them, he leaned up against another cage. This gave one of the bats a chance to bite him. Jiri winced in pain and stumbled into yet another cage. The statue inside grabbed him. Its grip was so tight, Jiri only managed to get away only by cutting off the statue's arm.

Many other creatures got a chance to do something to him before the day was over. The mad scientist was pleased. He had no idea what was going to happen, which was exactly the way he liked it. Observing through the cameras, he could see Jiri's height had been reduced to 180 centimeters.

When Jiri returned the next day, he was 175 centimeters tall and weighed just 80 kilograms. His clothing was mostly black and gender neutral. The mad scientist told Jiri what to feed the creatures in the other room. Some of them ate regular food, some of them needed sunlight, and some of them required human blood. Jiri provided them with whatever they needed. As he did so, his body gradually developed feminine curves and his hair gradually lightened. He was still unaware of the changes happening to him.

From a combination of studying his notes and careful observation, the mad scientist pinpointed the cause of many of the changes. The octopus-like creature had affected his mind, making him less concerned about his surroundings, the bat had given him some vampire-like traits, and the statue was causing his gender to change. Jiri also appeared to be getting younger but he had not yet figured out the cause of this. In a few days, he hoped to have another half human servant.

By Day 5, the changes were complete. Jiri was completely female. She was 160 centimeters tall and weighed about 60 kilograms. She had long blond hair and blue eyes. Her clothing consisted mostly of things that were black and lacy and she did not think anything about it. Most remarkably of all, at least from what the mad scientist could see, she had gained the power of flight. She preferred to hover in the air and observe the other creatures.

What the mad scientist could not see was that Jiri had also gained the power of telepathy. The monstrous lolita had been in constant communication with the other creatures in the area. She would be leading a jailbreak that very night. Perhaps this time it was the mad scientist who had been foolish.
