George always had a fascination with catgirls. He liked the concept, the appearance, the way they acted, and the way they spoke. In fact George had gone to the local anime convention for the sole purpose of watching his favorite catgirl anime while being surrounded by young women dressed as catgirls.

During the convention, he stopped at one of the booths that sold various catgirl and catboy items. Right next to him was a pink collar with a tag that had a strange symbol engraved on it. Beside it was a sign saying, "DO NOT TOUCH!"

Although hesitant, George let his curiosity get the best of him. He took the pink collar and put it around his neck. The changes happened immediately. His body was transformed into a young woman. The name Gina entered her mind and she realized this was who she was.

Her clothing also changed and fit more loosely around her body. Pig tails formed on her head which extended down either side of her body. As this happened, cat ears grew out of her head and her human ears disappeared. Her ears looked like part of a costume but they were definitely her actual ears. Finally, a tail grew out of the small of her back which began wagging back and forth eagerly.

Gina removed the collar and put it back where it belonged but by that time it was too late. Curiosity had killed the human. At this point, Gina knew what the strange symbol on the tag of the collar meant. It was the symbol for catgirl.

Gina still had a fascination with catgirls but it had become something more egotistical. She was considering actually buying the collar but it would have to wait. Her favorite catgirl anime was about to play in one of the convention rooms. Quick as a cat, she ran off to see it.
