This is a fantastic piece of work, I enjoy your art style and atmosphere you've created. The faces look a little wonky to me but other than that I've enjoyed your comic. It's always nice to see high quality fan content for Metroid these days.

I'm fully aware that the faces are pretty clumsy. I'm trying to get better at them, but they're still one of my shortcomings. (That's the big reason why the comic is 95% landscapes and machines, lol.)

in his defense, he's trap in a mining facility with unknowable horrors trying to do unspeakable things to him, and Samus looks very scary.
