I really wish Hasbro would get around to making male brushable ponies already.

Does the plastic tend to melt/soften/deform at all while baking?

Not if you're careful. I typically bake my ponies at around 200F and keep an eye on them. Now the solid Celestia figures you need to brace cause they warp like crazy. When I was working on Chrysalis I made a wire stand.

Could you use a Pegasus and mod in a horn to do an alicorn?

How long and at what temperature do you bake it for? Doesn't it melt the plastic? And what paint works best for you?

Do you think I could use Sculpey clay instead of Polymer?

Thanks!! Seriously you don't want pneumonia. I almost died of it like 6 years ago and it sucked. I had to spend a week in the ICU and there was nothing but old people.

No worries and yes, it's better you be careful when you work with those products, you might never know what you're breathing and what could happen to you.
