do you use a dremel tool to sand down your sculpting or do you do it by hand?

Yeah, Celestia from the Celestia and Luna Canterlot set (the one with the translucent pink wings). As you can see, I pulled off the mane and tail (OMG that was extremely difficult and required acetone, pliers, and 2 people!!!) and basically carved it down with an exacto knife and sandpaper. Then I took a drill to the legs and sculpted the rest. It was very labor intensive and I don't think I'll attempt another one like that anytime soon...she says, knowing full well that she'll probably move on to something just as complicated immediately after Chrysalis is finished.
