Part one of 's order!I'd like to take a second here to share with all of you something I realized about Octavia: she's not grey, she's TAUPE. I painted her and it didn't look right, so I watched the Gala episode again and it occurred to me that I had the color all wrong! Mind=blown.
Media:
Polymer clay (Sculpey Primo) on mixed base (Cherry Pie's head on Pinkie Pie's body). Painted with Americana craft acrylics and clear nail polish in places. Sealed with matte Mod-Podge.

That paint job looks VERY smooth. I guess the best classical musician in Equestria deserves only the best~ You also did a great job on the details. That bow tie looks like it's made from fabric, her eyes are beautiful and that cutie mark is fabulousssss.

Thank you! I'm completely obsessed with how the bow turned out. I'd been fiddling with it and came up with a novel new way of making bows with polymer clay and I'm very pleased with myself lol.
