Description
Part 2 of 's orderThis one's actually been done for a while but I've been having trouble getting the goggles right!!! After literally 2 weeks of re-dos this is the best I could do. UGH. I need to get some clear 2-part resin and see if that will work better than nail polish.
Media:
Sculpted polymer clay (Sculpey Primo) on Diamond Rose base. Americana craft acrylics sealed with matte Mod-Podge and clear nail polish in places.

Oh, I really love ur customs! I hope that I could some day comission u one ;w; But before that I want soo bad to try to make one too, but I don't know could I use Fimo or Cernit and wich one is better? ;_; And when u bake the pony with the parts of clay, doesn't it melt the pony any O.o And can Fimo or Cernit be sanded? Thanks if u could answer these questions

Use Sculpey. Period. As long as you only bake at 200-225F for 20min max at a time you'll have no problem.

Ah, I think you did a great job, including with the goggles! She's lovely.
I wonder how you persuade a Wonderbolt to take off her hood for you.. ^^

Such a beautiful, clear paintjob. I particularly like how the sculptwork is minimalistic but elegant, further adding to its clean look

Thank you! When I do clothes I want them to fall as naturally on the body as possible. Typically I only sculpt the cuffs on the legs and the details like collars and buttons and whatnot then paint the rest.

Elmers glue! Dries clear/ used for canopy work on aircraft models! Try it, if the effect does not work like you want it, it's water soluble!

She looks so innocent with those eyes. I love the way you make Spitfire! <3

Thanks! I have to admit though that I re-did the eyes twice. It was hard to get her eyes looking forward without making her look like she's stoned.

I can imagine. Spitfire tends to have those dreamy eyes that make her look high at the wrong moments XD Well, you pulled it off really well!

I think this one came out anyway even with the goggles details. Just look how smooth came out Spitfire in your style. ;D
Very nicely done, dude!
