Decided to create an eye tutorial since somebody asked me to.

this is one of the most simple but awesome eye tutorials lol XD btw, how do u blend in sai? do u use water tool? and also what brush did u use to do highlights?

For brushes, I just use the default one (but lower blending and dilution to 0). I use that brush for everything because I see no reason to change brushes when I'm doing anime-styled art. And blending's done with the water tool, yep.
