i personally dont mind with you guys

now if i spent like over 15 hours on something i know you all pull through and make a comment ^^

i post it up for future use, i might be going to college soon and im now beginning to accept constructive criticism, i will be dealing with it for the next few years lol!

i personally dont care honestly, like half and half

and I post alot of pictures that ARE indeed over 5 hours worth of work and I still don't really mind, faves or comments are welcomed, either or.

Occasionally though (rarely, and for only a short amount of time) I feel a little proud of some work, I may or may not add it to the description, but for the most part I don't mind.

Even if I put it under my art and people don't do it I would never be butt-hurt about it or ever make it an issue, its just there to read incase people are feeling generous with their "fave".

yeah, I know what you mean...some people just don't know what to say, and it's fine. I rarely get criticism for my stuff anyway, most comments are : "LOL XD" or "cute!" so...

but it's always fun to have people say something intelligent about your hard work

not necessarily intelligent, as much as it should be productive.

My ego is as soft as a kitten, so when my bf critiques my art and tells me what I should do to make it better, for a while I would just be unmotivated to draw after that point, I'm just like "meh Im not good enough why should I even try" and etc

Lately, for my own reasons though (which I'll give more info about later as we go along, probably next week) I'm willing to accept that now, and no better than to hear it from real artists (love my bf, no offense, can't even draw a stick person) so I'd feel better hearing it from my friends who's critique I could count on, Now I'm not looking for DEEP critique, like "GIVE IT ALL TO ME GOOD OR BAD" but like here and there if someone feels they could give it to me, why not, right? Whatever helps me improve, and I do want to improve, I'm a perfectionist at heart (which is why my ego IS that soft v_v;; ) and at this point I'm tired of just trying to help myself get better, maybe an outside perspective is what I need.

lol yeah, I know that feeling...it's even worse when you put so much time on something, and somebody tell you that this or that would need some improvement...

Well, we all have our weaknesses and strengths as artists, so it might help you a lot and you might help others with that you can do.

Outside perspective is always useful. It might frustrate you, but it's often for the better

I dont mind any comments xD

Im thankful for any comments or faves, just as long as people like my art XD or think its passable for art.

Its mostly for people who are close to me, or want to be closer to me, because now that I will be spending more time with my art within the next few years (i may explain that later to you guys) I gotta get used to responding to messages quickly, and accepting constructive criticism when it is offered.
