Real Name: Jason Bambis
Jason received his nickname in high school for his sado-masochistic and pyromaniac tendencies. Setting things on fire, putting cigarettes out on his body, and hot candle wax were his turn-ons. After his high school love broke up with him because she didn't want that kind of relationship, Burn turned to petty crimes and easy women. He quickly degenerated into a kinky, pain-loving, sex fiend. He became afraid of serious relationships and only paid for prostitutes.

One night when he was 19 years old, Burn was arrested for Grand Theft Auto. Near the end of his 5 year sentence, one of Burn's fellow inmates worked Burn's pent-up sexual desires into a frenzy by telling him stories of the kinkiest woman in the QC sector of Chicago. Once out, Burn went to the woman's house to play rapist, which he was told was her favorite "game". In the middle of his attack on her, he realized she was the young widow of a local preist. The inmate was simply a jilted and hateful ex-boyfriend. In humiliation and rage, Burn hunted down the recently freed inmate who had lied to him.

Burn tracked him down to a bad reputation whorehouse/drug den in Cyburg and burned the whole building to the ground killing all 38 people inside. When the police arrived they found him laughing hysterically and masturbating over the flames. He was promptly taken to Glenwood Asylum and recruited into Psycho Squad as the second PS officer and partner of Crash.

Burn's sexual deviance and violent nature are still prominent but if things get out of hand, he is sent back to Glenwood for re-evaluation. Burn does react threateningly to anyone who uses his real name for some reason.

Major Cyberware: Burn's right arm has been replaced and the forearm contains a concealed 6 shot 12 gauge shotgun. He also has a cybernetic sexual implant...but we don't REALLY want to know about THAT.
