Description
One very cool thing of the southwest is the great glow you get during sunset. This shot only lasted for a couple of minutes and the glow was gone. I was at the perfect place at a perfect timeArch Rock located at Valley of Fire State Park in Nevada, this is why its called "Valley of Fire"

I love how the sky is in contrast to the rock colors. Also I like the shapes of the rocks. Nice capture Mark!

Hot damn that lighting is magic! Absolutely stunning image once again Mark. I love the contrast between the rocks and the blue sky. Excellent tonal range, love the harsh dark shadows. Very nicely done, I wish I could be helpful and offer something more constructive but I fear if I continue to stare at this photo I'll short out my keyboard with the drool.

Wow! Brilliant color and cropping. You have managed to show us just enough of the scene to make us want to travel there right now.
Great work my friend.

Wow, awesome colourage here. So much detail in your shots. That's great! I love that little bit of grassy there. Makes the place seem so barron yet life can still live.
