Bulbasaurs in Marverra can be found roaming around the forest tending to the floral life. The flower on Bulbasaur's back gives off an extremely unpleasant smell. This is how people are aware that a Bulbasaur is nearby. Nevertheless, the foul odor helps the floral life and attracts bugs to help pollinate plants. It is said that Bulbasaurs in the Marverran region are considered to be the most gentle Pokemon.

Bulbasaur evolves into Ivysaur at level 16, which then evolves into Venusaur at level 36.

I don't think I was able to change Bulbasaur's evolutionary line a lot, but I am happy with what I made.

The starters from Kanto will all have equal base stats. I saw that Bulbasaur has the highest amongst the first stage and Swampert has the highest amongst the final evolutions. I will be using Rowlet's total, 320, to apply it to the first stage for all starters, Brionne's total of 420 for the 2nd stage and Swampert's total, 535, for the final stage on all starters.
