Danny Jacobs is an American actor, voice actor, and comedian, born on July 7, 1968.He is best known today for providing the voice of King Julien XIII in the Madagascar franchise, often filling in for Sacha Baron Cohen whenever he was unavailable. The only times Jacobs didn't voice the character were in the first, second, and third Madagascar films.
Outside of King Julien, Jacobs also provided additional voices for the Madagascar franchise, as well as for various video games and TV shows. A couple of notable recurring roles he took on outside of the franchise were that of Bjorgen and Rowdy Remington in "Kick Buttowski: Suburban Daredevil", a TV show February 13, 2010 to December 2, 2012 on Disney XD.
