I think the show would look MUCH better in handdrawn animation it's more rugged and detailed this way, plus the facial expressions (especially on Blakk and Trixie) are also a lot more expressive, it's such a shame

Are Dr. Blakk, and Diablos Nachos both Vampires? Because they both have that physical description; especially Diablos,who seriously looks like Count Dracula, if he was also a Greaser(50's tough guy)!

Love Blakk's design. I was watching Slugterra the other day and couldn't help but be impressed by how his every facial expression just drips with evil malice. Not every character designer can pull that off with a villain.
