This one was a long time coming, over a year now I think. That just goes to show you how busy I am. Oh, well, I guess no sense in putting it off any longer. This was an alien requested ages ago to me by , whom I unfortunately have not heard from in a very long time. If you're reading this, dude, this one's for you!

Species: No Mandi

Powers/abilities: Number One's primary ability is to tap into the fundamental forces of the universe itself, much like Ascalon . This allows him to form various weapon constructs, such as swords, hammers, and axes with which he can wield with expert proficency, to the point where his species has reportedly never been defeated; he can also form shields and barriers with this same energy with needed. Should this ability fail, Number One can wield just about anything as a weapon, with notable examples being a lamp post, a rubber chicken, a spatula, and a fishing pole.

Using his prehensile tendrils, the No Mandi can grab multiple objects and additionally use them as whips.

His tendrils act as an extra-sensory system, allowing him to remain completely in-tune with his environment.

Number One is physcially superior to that of a human and apparently most extraterrestrial species.

The No Mandi are somehow able to cross thousands of light years without the use of FTL travel or any notable abilities.

While not necessarily a useful ability, the tips of Number One's tendrils glow in the dark with bioluminesence.

Weaknesses: Because of Ben's lack of skill (in comparison to that of an actual No Mandi) he can be defeated, though it's unknown whether Ben chooses to acknowledge this or not. This is also the reason why Ben is incapable of inexplicably covering long distances like a real No Mandi.

Number One's energy constructs can be absorbed by energy-absorbing species, such as Conductoids.

Etymology: Number One's name is based on the fact that, according to Ben, he has never been defeated (though whether this is true or not has yet to be determined). Furthermore, it is a synonym for "champ" or "winner", referring to his seemingly unbroken winning streak.

Trivia: The species name is a misspelling of the word "nomad", referring to the species nomadic life style. It also can be interpreted as meaning "no man", referring to their mysterious origins and purpose.

Number One draws heavy influence from the League of Legends champion, Jax and the Marvel superhero Phyla-Vell . Additionally, he also draws minor influence from DC's Green Lantern and Samurai Jack.

The No Mandi are a mysterious and seemingly endangered race whose existence and purpose in the universe are unknown to all that encounter them - what few that do, anyway. They seemingly appear without warning, somehow managing to cross thousands of light years without the use of FTL spacecraft or of any unique abilities worth noting, and they usually go about whatever business they might have with as little interaction as possible. What is known is that they are fearsome warriors, fighters who can ostensibly wield - and create - any weapon with extreme prowess. They actively seek out violence, entering taverns, fight clubs, and other places where champions of skill and power are born to test them against their own might.

To this day, none have ever managed to defeat one.

No Mandi don't seem to like to answer questions and will instead skillfully change the subject whenever possible, usually when asked about their business. What little information has been learned however, often lead to more questions than answers. They speak of finding the finest, the absolute best, the most powerful and skilled warriors in all of creation to stand by their side for the sake of the universe itself, to fight against a force by which they dare not speak; those that do, only speak of death and despair, destruction brought about by their own hubris through which they can only attempt to atone for by destroying it.
