Now with top and side taskbar layouts!Also with an alternate colour when fully charged
About a year ago, I tried looking for a Windows 10 theme for BatteryBar Pro, but couldn't find one... so I made one.
It's super basic, and the colours match taskbar progress bar colours. The bottom highlight is grey because it's neutral, and charging colour is Edge blue, so that's cool.
Updated 2016-06-08: Added borderless theme (no bottom highlight), improved hover colour; when fully charged, the bar now blends perfectly with a default black, opaque taskbar, and looks almost exactly like a systray button in bottomless mode.
Updated again 2016-06-09 with a few revisions, including actually making the dang thing work... whoops.
I'll probably update this again with a bar that goes transparent when fully charged, but after spending the day trying to make it not look like rubbish, I might just shelve this now that it works :V

Some folks asked about the theme's use. BertusWillem said it best by pointing out it belongs in C:\program files\batterybar\themes; the distinction between charging and discharging is whether the bar is blue (charging) or green or red (discharging or low).

The themes are located at C:\Program Files\BatteryBar\Themes
After you extracted the zip in that folder just restart explorer in the task manager.
