Icon has opacity (alpha-channel). It looks great with Aero effects and without it.
To set this icon, simply download it and unzip to %APPDATA%\uTorrent

Absolutely love this icon. I constantly try to customize my tray with all sorts of different icons, but I can never really find one that I stick with. However, this icon has stayed on my tray for months now. It's perfect.
(On a side note, I wish all programs allowed users to customize the tray icon as easily as uTorrent does. Skype is the worst for this. ;_; )
