Description
This is the first tutorial here. It's about making soft-focus and glow effect.The example photo is, in fact, not very well for this task; however I cannot find any photo better because when I finish manipulating a photo, I usually delete the original one... Before I started making this, I thought about use using a screenshot of Doom III, but I guess it may scare somebody :-p.
