I've seen some really impressive Lego recreations of the Combine APC, and some really awful ones as well. I'd designed a few in the past, but they all seemed to chunky. A distinct feature of the APC is its sharp cornered, cladded Armour which I tried to recreate. And to keep it to minifigure scale was also important.I think It turned out well.
Just as the original APC has Missiles locked into the front, so does this one. And complying with Lego's fascination for including Flick-missiles in just about everything they make now, I put them in too. They seem to work well and ad a nice playable feature to it, were it a real set.
If I had the pieces, I would build this in a heart-beat.

Cheers! The strange angled armor the APC has always made me smile, it's so very to the combines aesthetic taste.
Just remade it the other day on LDD, lost the file to this creation. Hoping to find some of the bits from Bricklink, would be great little creation to have.

on half-life i'm always like "that thing is so cool!"[takes a 12-gauge to the skull] I like how you did the sharp edges!
