Mothman never scared me, as a matter of fact, I always wanted to find him. He's more mysterious than anything. And you know he is when the very people who were met by him were the very ones to go out looking for him.

Select few of people who went out looking for him did find him, and never wanted to see him again. I don't think he is the most comfortable being to come face to face with.

There was this guy in particular who stood a mere five feet away from it on a catwalk in one of the buildings of the TNT area who was also there with his friend. He said at the time, he was only nervous, and frightened when reality hit him while he was on his way back home. In the end, years later, he stated that he wanted to see it again, and even touch it. Sometimes intrigue is more powerful than fear.
