Soooo I was asked how I do those Northern Lights I used in my last Suicune picture, so here it is. My very first tutorial!!I hope it is helpful but this is just the way I do it. There are many other ways...
It was done with PS CS3 and a Wacom Bamboo Fun tablet.
Also I hope everything is understandable. I know from others that explaining isn't my strength so if you have questions just ask XD

Yea, that ice bear took three different polar bear references, whereafter I scraped them all and went by free hand, and it was the best one! Go logic....
