this is adorable! I love the way you did the clouds. The texture is incredible and the colors are soft and nice too look at. As for the main character(s?) of the drawing, I think you did great with the shape work. It is clear you know where everything is supposed to go. However once you get into the details and coloring, you falter slighty. The clouds are soft and textured but the characters are kinda aolid with no texture. I would have loved to see some fur or some detail on the wings because the lack makes this look somewhat incomplete or rushed. Also, the colors of the character and the backround are at an odds. It would have been nice to see a more cohesive color palate, which could be achieved by making the colors softer like the backround. And while I see a little shading on the foreground, I see no highlights which is strange seeing the shade/highlight again of the clouds. I whole, this is really cool, but when you look closer it seems almost like you took two seperate art works and pasted one on the other. Either way, it seems like you have a lot of talent. Thank you for your critique. Yeah, I posted this when I was still very unsure of my ability to shade. For some perspective with the two characters, here's the images for each one.

(the second of which is in need of a major update, because I realized that I actually haven't drawn her in her new style at all yet other than this image. I really do need to do that, and I probably will once I finish with some other stuff I need to do.)
I have also improved slightly on backgrounds since then. My main goal on this image when I drew it was to spend as much time as possible on the fur, especially on the tails, as possible, which I was most successful with on her tail.
