I loved the episode....the only thing I didn't like was how Mary Sueish the Crusaders were. I mean, this girl has been bulling you for....how many years?! Not to mention, making fun of a pony with a physical disability. Her mom being "mean" to her wasn't an excuse tbh, and the way the Crusaders were soooo accepting to her was also forced and just her reformation. And finally...their cutie marks....while they look cool and stuff the colors ehhhhhh they look too small too. But I loved all the songs and them FINALLY getting their marks!

I personally felt Diamond Tiara's reformation was a little too forced. It just didn't seem believable to me. Five seasons of non-stop bullying, and then suddenly a 20 minute episode is supposed to make me feel sorry for her? Eh...

I think they're pretty good. The colors are a little weird, but the actual designs themselves are great. I'm glad they kept the whole individual talents thing, but then had the shield thing that showed they were united. I liked that. Sweetie Belle had the music note, Scootaloo had the wing, and Applebloom had the apple. That's exactly what I felt should've happened. So, I like them.

Yeap, this one is amazing. 
Although it comes with a problem in return, the mark designs kind of not the same as those fan made ones in DA. The shield type, although I don't have big issues that will last forever, it's just odd when all of them has shields, inspired from the knights from the Great Crusade? Or maybe I need reasons which is more detailed than mine and explain "Why you design the CMs as shields instead of normal CMs like any other ponies in the show?"

I mean seriously Diamond Tiara's Redempition AND the CMC's CUTIE MARKS
Also I think this was a way better Musical Episode then Magical Mystery Cure (good Songs but rushed Pacing) and Pinkie Pride (better Pacing but the only Song I liked was Pinkies Lament)

I agree with you! I give this episode an A + too! I loved the story, the songs. I love how they developed Diamond Tiara's character and she was my most hated character on the show but thanks to this episode I don't hate her anymore. I love how they finally got there marks I'm not sure what they mean but it's still awesome. Very well written episode in my opinion. One of the best episodes of season 5 to me

Okay...I love the premise. I love how the CMCs got their cutie marks. I love what they represent and their new mission in life.
However, I REALLY HATE Diamond Tiara in this episode. Or, more specifically, I hate the lesson she represents. She even says that her special talent is getting other ponies to do what she wants. I don't even know where to begin with this. This is a spoiled brat masquerading as a helpful friend and I do not like this one bit. The only way I could go along with this is if she starts doing some work on her own.
Except for that major criticism--I really did like this episode.

I don't agree, I see Diamond Tiara as a charismatic leader. She just used her charisma to intimidate others, rather than inspire others and take charge for a positive influence on society. Her cutie mark represents leadership. However, due to her upbringing, she interpreted leadership as adoration at any moral cost.

Okay, but Diamond Tiara straight up says "Obviously, I've known since I got my cutie mark my talent is getting other ponies to do what I want." Seriously, that's a word-for-word quote. and that's the phrasing I take serious offense at.

She was being sarcastic because she caught herself letting her guard down and opening up to the CMC, and wanted to still preserve her image at the last moment. Before she said that, she said that the CMC are lucky because they have the freedom to explore, while she doesn't understand her own cutie mark("...stuck with something [I] don't understand.") ...which led up to the quote you said because she hesitates being genuine with the CMC since she isnt completely comfortable with it. I thought it was quite obvious with the mocking tone she said it, similar to how she said "yes" at the invitation to hang out with the CMC.

Absolutely! The mane six may have moved on from formal friendship lessons to being a service across Equestria, and the CMC are kind of doing the same thing here. They have moved on to helping others, and it's only the next chapter in their journey.

Every relationship in the show is already a friendship, especially Spike/Rarity is a proof that they can be friends without dating. Fluttercord would be a first message that shows that real friendship doesn't end when people start dating.
End if you think two adults in relationship with age difference is something wrong then it is your problem. Steven Universe have parents when one is a 5000+ woman and 25+ man. Aang was 100 years older than Katara in Avatar TLA. Holo from "Spice and Wolf" is immortal goddess who is hundreds years older than Lawrence. Not to mention live action movies. Tv series "Modern Family" or "Doctor Who" (Rose/Doctor age difference is over 800 years) is still popular while movie "Twilight" was a big thing for years even though a very old vampire was dating a teenager.

So no. Fluttercord is not a pedophilia nor bestiality. It's a normal pairing and few members of the show staff already ship them. The recent episode where Discord pulled out a chair for her was made ba new storyboard animator who like the ship. They were also ship teased in official comics.

Okay...so I'm not going to read all that because I know what pedophiles are, thank you very much. Fluttershy I always thought was a young teenager. Discord is a 1000 year old DRACONEQUS (not a chimera) . Personally I don't care if the staff ships it or not, either way it's CREEPY!!!! Fluttershy has never shown any real feelings for Discord, while Discord might have a minor crush, but even then that isn't "true love"...seriously all shippers are weird in my eyes. If you are an adult who doesn't know difference between may-december relationships and pedophilia then you should rather claim to be a kid so people would not pay attention to your ignorance. If you knew what constitutes a healthy relationship, you would not ship FlutterCord. The writers literally have to change Discord to make him likable. CHANGE DISCORD. You cannot change chaos. It is impossible. He is the Spirit of Chaos, which means he does not have DNA, or cell structures, or anything of that nature. He is literally chaos energy (as shown when he pops his eyes out of his head and rolls them, when he removes parts of his body, when he separates into separate beings, and things of that sort. Shit, he almost disappeared when he stopped being chaotic. Do living creatures just DISAPPEAR? Yeah, I didn't think so) As such, he does not have a physical brain, so he cannot have emotions (the brain in humans and animals, including ponies, creates chemicals that cause the effects we know as emotions. Without a brain, he cannot create those chemicals, and thus cannot have emotions). The fact that the writers are ignoring these problems means they do not understand what he is as a character. A relationship could never work between them because he literally would not be able to understand emotion. Shipping FlutterCord is no different than shipping Rainbow Dash and a kitchen sink. Someone made a fanfiction about that one, too, and it makes about as much sense.
I don't know what spawned this crack ship, but it is exceedingly annoying that there are so many rabid fans that want to ruin two amazing characters by forcing them together for literally no reason. It's bad enough they've "reformed" Discord (in other words, applied rules to him to bring order to his chaos, which is impossible, also) I don't want to see the show go lower than it did when it ruined the CMC in CotLM by giving them the shitty "talents" for no reason. I like logic in my TV shows. It used to be abundant in MLP, which is why I liked it so much. They stopped caring about whether things make sense, and just do things for no reason.
