Description
Well, first time I do some fanart of Fallout 3!! And about time!Before the nukes fell, the Vaults were designed to protect people from the devastation. Vault 112 was run by the eminent scientist and designer of proyect G.E.C.K, Dr. Braun.
Vault 112 dwellers were put to sleep and live on an alternate reality (uhuh.. Matrix, someone?). The program that controlled that 'other world' had to be run by the Overseer of the vault, Braun himself.
After 200 years running that program, Braun has grown bored of it and now tortures the people he was suposed to protect, in any way he pleases.
By the time the Lone Wanderer arrives at vault 112, Braun has adopted the looks of an innocent little girl... (As I said he was reaally bored) Tranquility Lane is not as nice as it is supposed to be.

(and I haven't even put the lineart here on dA... how odd for me)I have to say that the Tranquility line quest is one of my favorites, and I did all of Braun's requests (why run away when you can have some fun?
) and it didn't affect my karma because I had such a boost of good karma

I especially enjoyed this Vault. The original idea for this vault was for it to be a sim of the pre-war white house, among other things.

Yeah. I don't think the wiki has an entry for it, but originally it was going to be an Enclave-controlled Vault numbered 47. But they went a different route to give the story an interesting twist.

ok, this may not entirely be relevant, but i need to say for all Gary fans...k, every Halloween, my town has a block party, and i was thinking of getting a large group of friends to dress as Gary and run around saying his phrases, if anyone knows where i could get a good costume, please message me...sorry for stealing your thunder

I really loved this quest as well and often wondered about how Dr. Braun must look in reality. The dualism of this is great!
It'd be interesting if Dr. Braun was supposed to be Dr. Wernher von Braun.
...or a reference to him, at the least.
