Afua: "Mercy" (Swahili)

Relations: Son to Kiara , Kovu , Brother to Aaron, Akina , Twin to Amira , Mate to Husni, Father to Nuru
Noticeable feature(s): His pelt is an interesting blend of his mother and grandmother's pelts. His stripe is also from his parental grandmother, Kovu's biological mother and not Zira. His eyes are from his parental great grandmother, Sarabi and his nose being from Kovu and his great uncle, Scar.

"Afua is the last born in a litter of three, and the second son to Kiara and Kovu, out of himself and his sisters, as they are born when their older brother, Aaron, is still a young cub. His destiny is to become leader of the Lion Guard, which he embraces, as the idea of being King scares him, as he feels he can't handle that kind of responsibility. He is often questioned why protecting the land isn't even harder, to which he replies, "I at least have my friends to help me out". Afua leads the group with a gentle but just paw, as he is a very gentle lion. But do not let it fool you. Once he's aware the Kingdom is in danger, his personality becomes more serious and determined. He lives to protect his loved ones and he will darn do it well. However, as his name suggests, he can be merciful. And usually is. But he has to feel the enemy has learned their lesson first, since his first time, he let an rogue lion go, which nearly cost him his mate and cub, leaving his daughter horrified for a long time. Which still hunts him to this day, but it helped him learn not to be too merciful. However, he lives up to his role as the leader of the Lion Guard well and ensures the lands are safe and secure, even during his brother's rule over the Pridelands. He is also fiercely protective of his twin sister, Amira, due to her being born mute."

And finally, working on my fan cubs for Kiara and Kovu~ First up is surprisingly their youngest child, Afua~ Despite being the youngest, his destiny was to be the next leader of the Lion Guard. Which he has no issues with, his older bro can be King and he can protect him in return~

Also, yes, this is how I'll do my TLK sheets from now on (And slowly updating my other sheets, fun. XD), inspired by my good friend since she also began redoing her sheets in a similar matter but you can see how different both of ours are from each other (The backgrounds, the style, etc. Plus hers are way better. XD). Hope you guys enjoy~
