Description
Chrome theme to match OGC GTK theme [link]Two crx files in archive:
1) theme file.
2) scrollbar extension. You can't modify the scrollbar from a theme, even though it's just a CSS file.
The images for the scrollbar were all made by =lassekongo83 and the theme is a slight modification of the elementary theme, so the majority of the credit goes to the original designers.
[NOTE] first upload had a broken manifest file for scrollbar which prevented it from installing. Should be fixed now.

It doesn't. That's just the default state for any Chrome/Chromium extension. There's no way to say "I'm an extension but I don't need access to anything". You'll have to take that up with the Chromium devs.

Does it fail to install or do the scrollbars not show up after the installation?

It says failed to install the extension. I'm using the latest Chrome 5.

Ok, apparently I packaged up a broken version. Should be fixed now.
