Description
This is a concept for "skinning" the favorites bar of Internet Explorer 9.Anyone knows how to tweak IE9?
Since IE9 doesn't have support of 3rd part themes, I think it's a matter of tweak the resources of IE9...
Please let me know if it can be made with Restorator 2007...
