Here we have the horrible hive of a supervillain...Swarm
Alias: Fritz Von Meyer
A German scientist who while attempting to work on genetically mutated bees, gets his body eaten by a huge swarm but is then given the mutant bee DNA which allows him to live and control a technological hive suit which contains his torn up body and the bees that cover his body. Fritz Von Meyer then renamed himself Swarm and is able to control swarms of bees to aid in his desire to turn New York into his own hive to command.
Weapons: Hive suit which releases swarms of mutated bees
Abilities: Able to control mutate bees in huge swarms

I already knew this villain ... well, more or less. I love the design, I know you were inspired by the PS4, but for me, it reminds me of the design of Scporion, from the new animated movie, Mortal Kombat Leyends Scopions Reveng. At least in the face.
