A new reimagining of The Ghost of Hank Banning....

Hank Banning was the founder of Banning Junction, Massachusetts. But the residents accused him of being a warlock when he was found conspiring black magic with the town's scarecrows on Halloween. Enraged, they burned him at the stake but before perishing, Banning swore he would return on Halloween every thirty years as a vengeful ghost with the ability to turn into a black cat to make the residents pay for their actions.

Abilities: Flight, pyrokinesis, intagibility, can transform into a black cat
